Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

Should there be a delay in these shipping times, we will contact you. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to enable this to occur. 

We only ship within Australia and our chosen courier of choice is Australia Post. For those items outside of Australia's Posts size and weight limits, purchasers will need to arrange their own shipping. This is to keep costs to a minimum for purchasers, giving them the best choice of couriers in their area. 

For those residing within the Hervey Bay QLD area, COD in available along with personal delivery.
